RETURNS AND REFUND :-

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of goods. Please phone 03 98278416 or email sales@hisnherperfumes.com.au His N Her Perfumes will be happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or are not fit for their intended purpose, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit for the product.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:-

At His N Her Perfumes, we are proud to offer delivery to anywhere in the world. Whether it’s pampering yourself, surprising your friends or family at home or overseas or sending a gift to anyone else anywhere in the World, we’ve got it covered. Simply choose the appropriate delivery option at Checkout and we’ll do the rest. For Registered Australian and Standard International Delivery, there’s the added bonus of FREE DELIVERY whenever you order three or more items.  As your parcel will require a signature on delivery, we recommend that you provide a work address along with the business name if you are not going to be home during business hours. This will ensure that you receive your perfume faster. If you are not home when your perfume is delivered, a card will be left informing you that your parcel can be collected from your local post office.

All parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using Australia Post's Registered Parcel delivery service. As your parcel will require a signature on delivery, we recommend that you provide a work address along with the business name if you are not going to be home during business hours. This will ensure that you receive your perfume faster. If you are not home when your perfume is delivered, a card will be left informing you that your parcel can be collected from your local post office. We are happy to ship to Post Office Boxes but for this to take place we also require a home or business address from you and a contact phone number that is not a mobile. This is to protect both you and us from credit card fraud so please do not be offended if we contact you to verify your details.
